How Smart Are You?

Applied Minds is a company that attracts some of the world's most creative engineers and designers. To be hired, applicants experience a very different type of interview. They are presented with a plastic case full of gadgets. They must examine each of the items, identify it if they can, and discuss its possible uses. It's the thinking associated with this process that counts most– not being able to identify the item.
